1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing The Aligned Mother course ("Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Course is provided by Mighty Jo LLC, located at 7901 4th St North Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

2. Course Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course materials for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course content without express written permission from Mighty Jo LLC.

Access to the Course is provided immediately upon successful payment and is intended for the lifetime of the Course offering, subject to these Terms.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access to downloadable materials, we do not offer refunds once payment is processed. We encourage you to review the free Bonus Content section before purchasing to ensure the Course is right for you.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Mighty Jo LLC to charge the stated Course fee to your payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, worksheets, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Mighty Jo LLC and Dr. Ely, HSPP, LP, and is protected by copyright laws.

You may download and print Course materials for your personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course in a lawful manner and not to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Course or related systems
• Use the Course content for any commercial purpose without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Course materials

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mighty Jo LLC does not guarantee that the Course will meet your specific needs or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mighty Jo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

8. Modifications to Terms

Mighty Jo LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Course website. Your continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

Mighty Jo LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Course shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
